Physical Body

Each session will start with a mixture of gentle exercise to improve flexibility, reclaim your best posture and increase your confidence, this active part of the course will be safe and specific to your needs. 

A Sense of Community

There will be time for discussion specifically about the challenges you face. The opportunity to find out how others are facing similar challenges. A chance to share tips and begin to approach these changes, on an individual basis and as a group, with excited anticipation rather than fear of the unknown.

Tools and Attitude of Mind

The taught bit, you can sit back and relax. Mags will teach you a framework to help work out your unique contribution, how your experience and what you feel strongly about can work for you in your Second Spring. You will learn practical skills that you can take away.

Social

There will be a chance to mingle and exchange ideas in the tea break and we will measure our success in laughter, this course will be lots of fun!
